- Franchisee training and education
- Site selection and lease negotiation
- Technology
- Store design and planning
- Franchisee support services
- Marketing/communications/advertising
- Ecommerce/intranet
- Operations
- Financing
- Local store visit
The exchange of information is very important to gain mutual confidence, but it’s only part of the purpose of the visit. Another important aspect of the meeting is to ensure that we have the opportunity to get to know each other, set reasonable expectations and develop a foundation for our relationship moving forward. Following the meeting and conclusion of your due diligence, we would like to grant final approval for your new FASTSIGNS store. If at that time, you too wish to move forward, we will enter into the Franchise Agreement and begin your grand opening countdown!
