
Catherine Monson Chief Executive Officer
Catherine was named CEO of FASTSIGNS® in December 2008, bringing with her a strong background in franchising and digital printing. In addition to her previous role as President of PIP Printing, she worked within Sir Speedy and MultiCopy Europe, serving in operations, franchise development, sales, training and marketing communications. Catherine has been honored with the Bonny LeVine Award and currently serves on the board of the International Franchise Association (IFA), the Business Marketing Association and Pi Sigma Epsilon.

Garth Allison Managing Director UK
Garth joined FASTSIGNS International in March 2004 to serve as Director of Franchise Sales UK. Prior to this, he ran a highly successful centre in Sheffield for nine years along with his wife Lindsay and son Paul, who now run the Sheffield centre full time. He has 23 years sales and sales management experience, and now has responsibility for expanding the FASTSIGNS network in the UK. Garth has served as a board member of the CMF (Central Marketing Fund) and FAC (Franchise Advisory Committee) representing all franchisees in the UK. In 2007, Garth was promoted to MD from Franchisee Sales Development Director This new role has provided further business development opportunities for his staff in the UK.
Gary Salomon Co-Founder, Chairman of The Board
Gary Salomon based the revolutionary FASTSIGNS concept on his own experience as a business owner and direct marketing specialist. He was noted as one of Entrepreneur magazine's "Forty Under 40," and was honoured with the prestigious "Entrepreneur of the Year" award by national and regional sponsors such as Ernst & Young, Inc. and Merrill Lynch. Gary is recognized as an authority on the principles of franchising and as a spokesman for the quick-sign industry.
David Callister Franchise Business Consultant
David has over 12 years experience in franchise support gained in frozen food and more recently in plumbing and drainage franchise-Drain Doctor where he held to major positions, first as Franchise Support Manager and later as National Accounts Manager where he developed accounts with many significant household names. As Franchise Business Consultant David now helps franchisees in all aspects of their business.
